Join us for an introductory session taking you through the science behind winemaking.
We will start off with Champagne Bollinger’s Special Cuvée and get to know more behind the famous Méthode Champenoise.
Next we will go through two different expressions of Sauvignon Blanc and understand the result of different winemaking techniques in two continents.
We will finish off by sampling two different vintages from Château Bourgneuf and exploring how Bordeaux wines age along the years.
